Left Coast Crime Panel
Saturday, March 30, 5 p.m. “The Cozy Panel”

I’ll be moderating a panel with four cozy authors at Left Coast Crime’s annual convention in Vancouver. Check the program for details, but if you’re going and you love cozy mysteries, I promise you’ll enjoy the conversation. And the authors will be signing their books immediately after in the big signing room.

Faculty member, Book Passage Mystery Writers Conference

Corte Madera, CA

Co-chaired by Cara Black and David Corbett, this is the premiere conference of its kind, focused entirely on students and offering an immersion program with faculty from across the crime writing spectrum. I’m on a couple of discussion groups, and available for informal mentoring, coaching, and critiques. A few spots were open as of this writing. For more information: https://www.bookpassage.com/mystery-writers-conference-faculty

Note to book club planners: Holding a book event built around France’s beautiful countryside can be a popular topic. Whether members are recalling past trips, planning for upcoming ones, or daydreaming about one of the world’s most popular host countries, book clubbers enjoy sharing  ideas as well as discussions about the character of small towns and the off-the-beaten-track treasures they may hide. Let me know if your group is interested in reading one of my Burgundy books and having a Vive la France! event.

Coming up: Bouchercon 2018, the premier event for crime fiction writers and reader.

St. Petersburg, FL

September 6-9

I will be speaking on a panel TBA.
